Notice of new permit application processing standard
Permit applications whose scope of work will include disturbing land and will require erosion control devices such as silt fence, inlet protection, turbidity barrier, etc. must have those protections in place and inspected prior to issuance of a building permit. To schedule an Erosion Control inspection call 407-599-3329. Schedule inspections 24 hours in advance.

ATTENTION ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING/GAS/MECHANICAL PERMIT APPLICANTS
This permit requires a owner’s signature on the application or contract for standalone permits. Stand alone permits with a valuation of more than $2500 for Electrical/Plumbing/Gas and more than $7500 for Mechanical require a recorded notice of commencement.
