Public Comment Procedure
The only option available for you to speak directly to the board members during a live virtual meeting that allows for public comment (regular or special meetings) is using the “public comment request form.” You can access the form by using the button on this page. Work sessions do not allow public comment.
Please do not send comments to email@example.com, as this is an unmonitored mailbox.
To participate during a live regular or special virtual meeting, you must be connected and attending the meeting via the web. Upon submission of the form:
- Your “request to comment” will be placed in a virtual queue.
- You will be called upon when you are next in line to speak.
- At that time, please make sure to unmute your mic so the board members can hear you.
- If you do not respond when your name is called, your opportunity to comment will expire.
