The City of Winter Park owns and operates several wedding and reception sites. Each facility is managed and maintained by city staff with experience in all types of event planning.

Winter Park is centrally located, making each rental facility both easy to find and convenient to most local highways. All of the city-owned wedding and reception sites are located within a two-mile radius of picturesque downtown Winter Park.

Central Park Rose Garden

Central Park Rose Garden

Located on Winter Park’s famous Park Avenue, Central Park is the city’s crown jewel. A beautiful green space right in the middle of downtown. The south end of the six-acre park features an amazing Rose Garden that is available for wedding ceremonies. Call 407-599-3397 for more information.

Winter Park Community Center

Community Center

The Community Center facility features a ballroom, full commercial-grade kitchen, wood dance floor and more. Our outdoor stage overlooking Shady Park provides an excellent spot for an outdoor ceremony. The Community Center can accommodate a group of 50 up to 300 guests. Kraft Azalea Garden Exedra

Lakefront, secluded and unique, Kraft Azalea is Winter Park’s secret garden! This beautiful park is shaded by enormous cypress trees that add to the old Florida charm of the 13-acre property. The Exedra, pictured left is close to Lake Maitland and is ideal for those sunset wedding ceremonies. Reserve this park for your private wedding. Groups of 20 guests or less are permitted.
