A mix of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning drills which are always varying and will burn mega calories, and with on-the-spot modifications, provides a safe and challenging experience. We also provide an application that will allow you to create your own exercise plan, communicate with other boot campers on the community wall, track your calorie burn and nutrition intake, while earning challenge badges along the way.
