Tuesday & Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m.*
Fees: FREE with a Recreation ID Card; $2/night without Recreation ID Card
* No Thursday open gym when Men’s League is in season.

Women’s Open Gym

Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m.*
Fees:
FREE with a Recreation ID Card; $2/night without Recreation ID Card
* There will be no Women’s open gym during the month of September. 

Kick Start Boot Camp

Prepare to sweat! This high-intensity interval workout is guaranteed to get your body out of its comfort zone. A mix of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning drills will burn mega calories, and with on-the-spot modifications, provides a safe and challenging experience. Always hard, always fun!

Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6 to 7 a.m.
Fees: $10/class or $50/month for unlimited classes

Killer Boot Camp

This 90-minute “one stop shop” features indoor and outdoor challenges that crank up your metabolic demands and will burn some serious calories.

2nd & 4th Saturday of each month from 8:30 to 10 a.m.
Fees: $10/class or $15/month

Pilates

The benefits of Pilates include improving posture, strength, flexibility, and stress relief. Minimizes aches and pain. In addition, Pilates prevents re-injury of damaged muscles and loss of inches.

Tuesday & Thursday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.

$10 class
$30 month/1 class per week
$50 month/2 classes per week
