Burn fat, build lean muscle, increase flexibility and range of motion, and boost your aerobic endurance with this multi-dimensional bootcamp led by Letitia Rossi, Certified Personal Trainer and Board Certified Health Coach. Each session is designed to push you just beyond your comfort zone in a safe, supportive environment.
You’ll move through constantly varied anaerobic and aerobic conditioning drills that torch calories and can be modified on the spot for any fitness level. You’ll get the intensity and accountability of a small-group training experience, with form-focused coaching and encouragement every step of the way.

The benefits of Pilates include improving posture, strength, flexibility, and stress relief. Minimizes aches and pain. In addition, Pilates prevents re-injury of damaged muscles and loss of inches.

Cuong Nhu Martial Arts
Martial arts is more than just learning self-defense moves, it provides a physical fitness boost, stress relief and mental wellness, self-defense skills, personal empowerment, community building, leadership skills, and builds confidence. We practice a traditional Vietnamese Martial Arts called Cuong Nhu that focuses on self-defense, physical fitness, and improving students’ moral character. By using principle ideas from 7 different martial art styles (Boxing, Shotokan, Judo, Aikido, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Vovinam), we provide members the opportunity to develop a unique skill set that can be applicable in many self-defense situations.
