This four-day arts experience celebrates the arts and culture in Winter Park and highlights the 24 members of the Alliance. Dozens of community events and performances at Central Park’s Main Stage and many cultural venues throughout the city will showcase the vibrancy of Winter Park’s art scene. In addition to the cultural activities, performances and tapestries, local merchants and restaurants will also be offering Arts Weekend specials and exhibits at their specific business locations.

Thursday, February 20 logo@ 6 p.m. Dalouge Smith presents Weaving Art and Science for Healthy Young Minds » this interactive evening invites the audience to reflect on personal experience and knowledge as the starting point for understanding how song, dance and all the arts contribute to young people’s positive mental health at the Center for Health Wellbeing. Registration is appreciated.

Friday, February 6 logo@ 7 p.m. Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy a free community concert featuring SIX The Musical®, Broadway star Jasmine Forsberg, backed by a live band led by pianist Julian Bond, and presented by Central Florida Vocal Arts. Immerse yourself in a showstopping evening of pop rock and musical theater melodies on Central Park main stage.

Saturday, February 7 logo@ noon-3 p.m. Enjoy a tapestry of experiences at Art in the Park. Live performances and interactive arts activities will include weaving a community tapestry, watch a musical act, take home a portrait, engage in learn to play a few chords on an instruments, and so much more. Engage in an afternoon of arts in culture in Central Park.

Sunday, February 8 logoall day Take an opportunity to enjoy one of Winter Park’s many cultural museums, beautiful gardens or talented performances at locations throughout the city. Many museums will be free for the weekend as well as offer special exhibits and performances.
