Park Avenue is the epicenter of Winter Park’s culture, charm and economic vitality. The last Park Avenue streetscape restoration occurred between 1996 and 1999. Now, almost 30 years later, the city’s main street will be undergoing a refresh to satisfy the needs of today that will carry far into the future.
