City of Winter Park owns and operates several wedding and reception sites. Each
facility is managed and maintained by city staff with experience in all types of
event planning.
Winter Park is centrally located, making each rental facility both easy to find and
convenient to most local highways. All of the city-owned wedding and reception sites
are located within a two mile radius of picturesque downtown Winter Park.
Winter Park is a premier destination for weddings and receptions and offers a variety
of venues that can accommodate your special day!
Central Park Rose Garden
Located
on Winter Park’s famous Park Avenue, Central Park is the city’s crown jewel. A beautiful
green space right in the middle of downtown. The south end of the six-acre park

Kraft Azalea Garden
Lakefront,
secluded and unique, Kraft Azalea is Winter Park’s secret garden! This beautiful
park is shaded by enormous cypress trees that add to the old Florida charm of the
13-acre property. The Exedra, pictured left is close to Lake Maitland and is ideal
for those sunset wedding ceremonies. Reserve this park for your private wedding.

Mead Garden Amphitheater
Deep
in the heart of Mead Garden lies the Mead Garden Amphitheater. This beautiful outdoor
setting perfect for weddings boasts a stage and bench seating that will hold over

Rachel D. Murrah Civic Center
The civic center is one of the most popular wedding
and reception venues in Central Florida. This beautiful building features a grand
ballroom with a 35-foot teakwood ceiling, full catering kitchen and more. The amazing
lakefront property is perfect for outdoor wedding ceremonies as well. The civic
center can accommodate groups of 50 to 250 guests. Tables and chairs are included
in the rental fees. Plenty of on-site parking is available on the 28-acre Lake Island

Winter Park Country Club
Listed on the National Register
of Historic Places, the country club is truly a unique wedding reception site. Wood
floors, working fireplaces and charming original woodwork are some of the many features

Winter Park Community Center
The Community Center is the City of Winter Park's newest wedding venue. The facility features a ballroom, full commercial grade kitchen, wood dance floor,and more. Our outdoor stage overlooking Shady Park provides an excellent spot for an outdoor ceremony. The Community Center can accommodate group of 50 up to 300 guests. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fees.
