About Ward Park
Ward Park is an athlete’s dream park. Most of the 66.44-acres are dedicated for baseball/softball fields, soccer/multi-purpose fields, and a football/track stadium. A state-of-the-art, disabled-accessible playground is on the property which was made possible by a community-build program coordinated by KABOOM with corporate sponsorship from Sprint and Easter Seals of Central Florida.
From the athletic facilities to the playground to the trail through the wetlands, Ward Park is one of the most diverse parks in the city.
