Online services for @YourRequest, online permitting, and GIS mapping applications will be unavailable Friday, September 13, at 5 p.m. and should be available no later than Monday, September 16, at 8 a.m. Thank you for your patience.

The boat ramp at Dinky Dock Park and Winter Park Chain of Lakes are closed until further notice due to high water levels.

The city’s online services for Parking Citations and Pay Your Invoice are currently unavailable. They are expected to be upgraded by Saturday, August 10, at noon. As part of this update, you must create an account to pay a parking citation or invoice.

The bacterial levels in the swimming area at Dinky Dock Park have returned to normal and the beach is now open.

The city will be upgrading its self-service portal Friday, August 9, through Sunday, August 11. The portal will be unavailable during this time. The new and improved self-service portal is expected to be available Monday, August 12.
