  • No cords across walkways (even with cord cover, tape, carpet)
  • No tape on venue floors or walls
  • No smoking on campus
  • No outside alcohol

  • Vendor break room (if available)
    • The second-floor meeting room may be available for vendor meals on a per-event basis. Please confirm with the venue whether the space will be accessible for your event.
    • Vendors are not permitted to enter the kitchens on either floor at any time. Please refrain from accessing any kitchen spaces or designated catering work areas.
    • The catering team is the primary point of contact and has final authority over vendor meal service, including time, access to buffets, food stations, and plated meals.
  • Kitchen access is prohibited
    • Contact catering or venue staff if assistance is needed
  • The Events Center has a strict one-hour cleanup requirement
  • Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in its original condition
  • Remove all trash or place it in designated dumpster/recycle bin on site
    • Do not overfill dumpsters
  • Break down cardboard boxes before disposal
  • The City of Winter Park prohibits single-use plastic bags, plastic straws, plastic cutlery, plastic stirrers and polystyrene foam products on City property.
