Cindy Bonham

The City Clerk is a staff officer in the City Manager’s Office and is the custodian of the city seal and all city records (including meeting minutes, ordinances, and resolutions, agreements, and deeds of city-owned property). The clerk attends, records, and prepares minutes for all Commission Meetings; provides information to the public regarding City matters; coordinates city elections and is responsible for legal advertisements for public hearings.
