The Winter Park Welcome Center, located at 151 W, Lyman Ave., is the result of a partnership between the City of Winter Park and the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. The building and land are owned by the city and the chamber occupies and manages the facility. Additional financial supporters of the Welcome Center include the Winter Park Health Foundation, Winter Park Memorial Hospital (a Florida Hospital), CenturyLink, Fannie Hillman & Associates and Workscapes, Inc.
The first floor also houses public restrooms, the Joe and Sarah Galloway Foundation Community Gallery and the Winter Park Health Foundation Community Room. The Galloway Gallery features works of art from the city’s Public Art Collection. The Community Room is a public room available to rent for meetings, luncheons and social functions. The Chamber of Commerce executive offices occupy the second floor.
