PLEASE NOTE: The city upgraded its new self-service portal on Monday, August 12. As part of this transition, existing users must create their accounts by using their original email. The original email must be used for you to be able to access permits and licenses associated with your existing account. Please refer to the step-by-step instructions below to ensure that your account information is updated properly. Step-by-Step Instructions
- Access the Self-Service Portal after the upgrade completion.
- Access Login or Register at the top right corner of the page or the homepage. Every user should register for the first time on the upgraded portal.
- Click Create an account to continue. Do not click “Next” the first time you register for your account.
- Fill in the required fields (Email, First name, Last name, and Password) with your information, and click Sign up. If you receive the following error: “A user with this Email already exists,” please click “Already have an account?” at the bottom of the screen, enter your email address, click Next, and select from the available options.
- Please verify your account by entering the code you received in your email. The verification code email message will be from “Community Access Identity (noreply@identity.tylerportico.com)” and have the subject line “Welcome to your Community Access Account.” Please also check your Junk/Spam folders if you don’t see the message in your inbox.
- After verifying your email address, you will be logged into the system to continue your registration process. The next steps will be:
Acknowledgment: Please select the checkbox and click continue.
Personal Info: Verify and select the required information. You may also enter additional contact information in this step.
Address: Please enter your address. - Click Submit. Your registration should now be completed. Your account will be reviewed, approved, and, if applicable, linked to an existing company.
