The virtual meeting registration and public comment request form links are only available when there is a meeting in session/scheduled.

To request to comment (raise hand), when participating via phone, press *9 to be placed in a virtual queue.

Public Comment Procedure

The only option available for you to speak directly to the board members during a live virtual meeting is by using the “public comment request form.” The link to the form will be available on this same page when a meeting that allows public comment begins (regular or special meetings – work sessions do not allow public comment).

To participate during a live regular or special virtual meeting, you must be connected to the meeting via the web. Upon submission of this form:

  • Your “request to comment” will be placed in a virtual queue.
  • You will be called upon when you are next in line to speak.
  • At that time, please make sure to unmute your mic so you can speak directly to the board members.
  • If you do not respond when your name is called, your opportunity to comment will expire.

If someone you know does not have access to a computer and would like to join the meeting by phone, please have them call the phone number and enter the access code or meeting ID that will be provided at the top of this page once the Agenda has been posted and the virtual meeting scheduled.
