Registrants consent that enrollment and qualification process may impose communication or requests from the City/CRA related to the program. Registrants further acknowledge they have reviewed and understand the program rules, limitations, and obligations listed in all materials, and understand that final decisions on any issue are solely at the judgement of the City/CRA.
