You may contact the Winter Park Police Department 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to report a crime or to request the assistance of a police officer. However, depending upon the time of day, the lobby of the police department may or may not be open, so please review the below hours of operation information for assistance.
Business Hours
The Winter Park Police Department main lobby, records, and property sections are staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding city holidays).
After Hours
Persons requiring police service other than from the above listed sections, can seek assistance by utilizing the call box phones located at the entrance to the building.
