Guided Tour of the Genius Preserve for Teens

Rollins College professor Bruce Stephenson will guide TEENS on a 2-hour walking tour of the beautiful Genius Preserve, a local natural wonder home to many species of flora and fauna, and not open to the general public.

Bring your camera, a hat, and wear close-toed shoes! Plan to carpool to minimize street parking in the neighborhood. Please note: Participants must be capable of walking one mile and there are no restrooms.

9 a.m.  Convene at the library for check-in
9:15 a.m.  Carpool to 301 Genius Drive
9:30 a.m.  Begin Guided Tour of Reserve
11:30 p.m.  Tour ends, return to vehicles

Preregistration is required; the tour is limited to 18 teens + 2 adult chaperones. Sign up online or call 407-623-3300, ext. 3.
