Cashier’s Desk in City Hall

Pay your bill in person at the Cashier’s Desk in City Hall located at 401 Park Avenue South. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

One Point™ Kiosk

In the lobby of City Hall located at 401 Park Avenue South, the new One Point™ Kiosk allows utility customers to pay their utility bills with a credit or debit card. This kiosk is very simple to use with a user-friendly touch screen and captures transactions in real time.

Online payment

In addition to being able to pay with a credit or debit card online, you can now pay via the city’s eCheck service (electronic check).  First-time users must have your billing statement ready and click the “get my PIN” button from the menu option.

Ebill

Receive your utility bills via e-mail instead of regular mail and pay online.
