The City of Winter Park has been a well-planned community from its earliest days. The Comprehensive Plan ensures that the overarching growth management plan for Winter Park meets all state and federal regulations and the stated vision for the city:

A printed hard copy of the documents contained on this Web page can be reviewed at the City of Winter Park Public Library as well as in the Planning Department Conference Room, 2nd floor of City Hall, located at 401 Park Avenue South.

Due to the document being at the transmittal point of the adoption process, NO hard copies of this document have been pre-printed. Once the city has completed the adoption process, hard copies will be printed and available for purchase at a cost not to exceed $200 per set. In the interim, digital renderings of the documents on CD are available for purchase from the Planning & Community Development Department.
