Adult Cooking Classes Now Available at the Winter Park Community Center!!!
The Art of Good Food! Whatever skill, technique or cuisine you want to learn, iCulinary Studio presented by Food Fun Adventure has the perfect class for you. Each course includes all necessary ingredients, tools and hands-on instruction from a professional chef. At the end of the lesson, all culinary masterpieces will be plated and enjoyed by the participants. Classes range from Gourmet Cooking to Couples Nights Cooking.

Men’s Basketball League
Get in the game at the Winter Park Community Center. Our Fall Men’s League will begin registration on January 22. Deadline to register your team or as a free agent is October 1. Games will begin the week of March 14 and are played on Thursday nights. Season consists of an 8 game regular season with playoffs.
Team fee: $300 (all players on roster must have a Recreation ID Card – Free for Residents/$10 per year for Non-Residents)
Free agent fee: $65 (includes Recreation ID Card)
Zumba
A fun and exciting workout that combines high energy and motivating Latin music with unique dance moves. A feel good and fun workout for all fitness levels.
Monday & Wednesday: 7 to 8 p.m.
Fees: $7/class or $35/month

Hatha Yoga Flow
A moderate paced Hatha Yoga class including sun salutations, yoga postures, and breathing and meditation techniques. Class format will vary every week to expose students to the many styles and benefits of Hatha Yoga. Some yoga experience is helpful but not necessary as modifications will be offered for all types of students.
Class is appropriate for teens through adults.
Bring a yoga mat and a firm blanket if you have them.

Kick Start Boot Camp
Prepare to sweat! This high-intensity interval workout is guaranteed to get your body out of its comfort zone. A mix of anaerobic and aerobic conditioning drills will burn mega calories, and with on-the-spot modifications, provides a safe and challenging experience. Always hard, always fun!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6 to 7 a.m.
Fee: $10/class or $50/month for unlimited classes
Strength and Core Conditioning
This class provides a safe and challenging opportunity to work all of your major muscle groups and build core strength.
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Fee: $10/class or $50/month for unlimited classes
Killer Boot Camp
This 90-minute “one stop shop” features indoor and outdoor challenges that crank up your metabolic demands and will burn some serious calories.
2nd & 4th Saturday of each month: 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Fee: $10/class or $15/month
Pilates
Class is designed to increase core strength and muscle tone without the bulk through a low impact workout.
Tuesday: 5:15 p.m.
Fee: $8/class or $25/month
