The Test & Seal Division provides proactive, cost efficient evaluation and rehabilitation of the City Wastewater Collection System.
The division is comprised of three distinct sections: TV inspection, chemical grout sealing, trenchless cured in place pipe lining and manhole rehabilitation.
The TV inspection crew performs the physical cleaning of the collection system, utilizing the most up to date, and sophisticated hydraulic sewer cleaning vacuum trucks. This process is followed by inspection with an equally sophisticated, state of art, digitally recorded, software video and pipe line assessment computer program. The gathered data is then reviewed and evaluated for determination of most cost effective rehabilitation efforts to follow.
