Information Technology (IT)

The Information Technology Division is responsible for assisting all city departments with administrative and operational functions as they relate to the city’s technological software and hardware. These responsibilities encompass over 200 system users and over 500 pieces of equipment. The division is the hub of all information processing to and from city departments which must be kept in proper operating mode 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition to providing constant service with minimal interruptions to all city departments, IT is responsible for implementing security measures to maintain validity of all city-related data transmittal and storage.
